Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Design, maintain, and periodically review quality assurance policies and procedures to sustain academic integrity and institutional excellence.

• Evaluation: Conduct rigorous assessments of educational and administrative performance. Our evaluation process includes performance appraisals, benchmarking against best practices, and gathering feedback from all stakeholders.

• Supervision: Oversee the implementation of quality measures, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure that quality standards are met consistently across the university.

• Reporting and Feedback: Compile and analyze data on quality metrics, produce detailed reports, and use the findings to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
