The International Affairs Office is responsible for providing educational and support services and facilitating processes related to international students. The office oversees the planning, coordination, and follow-up of international students’ affairs from the time of admission through graduation.
Services and Responsibilities
- Admission and registration of international students at the undergraduate and master’s levels.
- Handling all educational, administrative, and support matters of international students from their arrival until graduation.
- Maintaining communication with international students and providing support through email and social media.
- Handling correspondence and following up on matters related to students and graduates with universities and higher education institutions abroad.
- Reviewing and approving admission certificates of international students through the SAJAD System of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology .
- Issuing and providing certificates of enrollment and student status for international students.
- Coordinating and communicating with provincial consular authorities and relevant institutions to follow up on international students’ affairs from their arrival through graduation.
