Introduction to the International Affairs Office

The International Affairs Office is responsible for providing educational and support services and facilitating processes related to international students. The office oversees the planning, coordination, and follow-up of international students’ affairs from the time of admission through graduation.

Services and Responsibilities

• Admission and registration of international students at the undergraduate and master’s levels.
• Handling all educational, administrative, and support matters of international students from their arrival until graduation.
• Maintaining communication with international students and providing support through email and social media.
• Handling correspondence and following up on matters related to students and graduates with universities and higher education institutions abroad.
• Reviewing and approving admission certificates of international students through the SAJAD System of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology .
• Issuing and providing certificates of enrollment and student status for international students.
• Coordinating and communicating with provincial consular authorities and relevant institutions to follow up on international students’ affairs from their arrival through graduation.
