This memorandum, signed between the University of Gonabad and Sharda University, focuses on enhancing effective collaboration in the following areas:

Expanding cooperation through the exchange of faculty and students
Dr. Esmaeilian and Dr. Sanjay Pal, serving as the presidents of the respective universities, simultaneously signed the memorandum in a virtual format. They emphasized the importance of strengthening collaborative efforts for the mutual benefit of both institutions and their countries.
